WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW BUT DON’T OFTEN ASK

WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW

There is a knowledge that is a right, a responsibility, and a necessity for every person. This knowledge is critical for the understanding of our existence and purpose, making decisions, developing values, governing our behavior, and ultimately determining the outcome of our destiny. Finally, it must be verified by each individual. It is the knowledge of God as documented in the Scriptures of the Bible, and testified by millions for two thousand years. Here is a basic outline as to what I am referring:

GOD IS!

-God is Eternal. He has no beginning and no end.

-There is only One God, and He created everything.

-God is greater than the universe, is all knowing, and He is all powerful.

-God is Holy, meaning His is only Good, and there is no evil or darkness in Him.

-God has created mankind in His image and likeness with a free will to be with Him.

-However, mankind fell into sin and disobedience, and was thus cut off from His presence.

-This sinful behavior was passed on to the entire human race.

-We were therefore given over to death as a penalty for our sin, and to keep us from living forever as sinners.

-We are helpless to save ourselves from our sins, nor can we save ourselves from death.

WE NEED TO BE SAVED!

-God has given the human race the Bible so that we could know Who He is, know His will and His ways, and what He calls good and evil, and how to be saved.

-Out of His love for us God did a most amazing thing. He sent His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ into the world to reveal Who He really is and what He is really like, AND

-Jesus lived a holy and sinless life among us, then became the Sacrifice Offering to pay for our sins on a Roman cross.

-Three days later He rose from the dead, providing for every individual the promise of forgiveness for our sins if we believe and repent, and the hope of the resurrection and eternal life.

- In Christ, He adopts us as His children and births us into His Kingdom.

-Jesus is coming back again very soon.

-There is a coming Judgment Day when each person will have to give an account for the life which God has given us.

-There is a Heaven – God’s home, and there is a Hell, the place of punishment for the wicked and disobedient.

-There is a devil and his angels who are the enemies of the human race. He deceives us, oppresses us, and tries to destroy us, though in Jesus Christ they are defeated.

This is the knowledge we all need. The ball is now in our court , do you believe? God loves you more than you can imagine!
